It was very silk and the strands looked very strong out of the box. It came a perfect natural black color. And my stylist said she worked very well with it. I see people complaining about the density. Personally I have no idea if the hair I received is 18 18 18 18and density and inches are PERFECT for ME. Straightened the hair should go all the way to my butt almost, loosely curled it goes about mid-back.
