This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very nice wig received in less than a week well packaged in a box with a gift. It was very silk and the strands looked very strong out of the box. It came a perfect natural black color. And my stylist said she worked very well with it. I see people complaining about the density. Personally I have no idea if the hair I received is 18 18 18 18and density and inches are PERFECT for ME. Straightened the hair should go all the way to my butt almost, loosely curled it goes about mid-back.

I absolutely love this hair! The closure is amazing. Dyes well. The hair does shed but im okay with that. Preplucked and nice baby hairs. Holds style well with just some moose and water. Minimal splits ends. I just purchased another closure! Thick bundles as well!
