This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

hair was VERY SOFT!! little shedding but what hair dont? I got 180% density but it was still very thick! lace was easy to work with & this the first time I had a wig fit my wig so tightly. I love it . I got 22inch , 180% density. bought it on the 7th , it came the 13th. YES , BUY IT.
