This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Ok so the hair itself looks good I just thought the length would be longer it is a curly weave so the shrinkage is in large part do to the pattern of the hair the mannequin in the description hair and length looks really good item came promptly as well.

Beautiful hair!! Communication was great and everything. But the thing is that the lace is a lot smaller than I thought 13x4 but nothing you can’t work with. Came fast and I’ll be installing and styling it pretty soon. Don’t over think just get it and ask questions if ur not sure especially if you want more lace
