This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is great! Its soft easy to maintain,i got a 26 inch and it was true to length. I dont recommend putting alot of product in this hair, a little water and oil does just fine.The hair is pre-plucked with baby hairs and a middle part hair line. Its super pretty and it had high density. Highly recommend for the price.

This is a very cute wig the hair was good I'm very surprised about this water wave wig..i would buy this again ladies.. I would recommend cowashing it..and using water n mouse to maintain it, Little to no shedding even after i slightly overbleached my knots !! it doesnt tangle at all and its soooooo soft !!! and it melts very well lol ! will definitely purchase one again !
