Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered this wig and it arrived in five days.The hair of this wig is very soft and I took 24 inches the length is exactly what I asked. Hair is full with minimal to no shedding,the hair has a natural silky shine with the perfect! I would definitely recommend this wig.I can’t wait to get it installed!!!

So far so good. Lace was easy to melt. Came pre- plucked. Had a slight smell but, after shampooing and conditioning it was better. Also, very minimal shedding. Overall love the wig it looks good wet and dry. Shipping was fast!

This Is A MUST HAVE wig. I ordered the 13x4 30in Water Wave Wig . Shipping Was Very Fast, the wig had NO strong odor to it. Very Soft. Everything about this wig is just perfect. I am in love with this hair! I put this wig on 1 week ago and just touched up my edges with Got 2B glued whenever it lifted a little. The hair is soft and the curls are nice. When I wet the wig it looked a little thin but once it started to dry it looked nice and full. I will be buying another one.
