This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is great ! I had it installed for 2 months and I never stopped getting compliments on it. The hair barely shed in the beginning and is still minimal shedding now. I conditioned my hair every couple days and wore in a bonnet at night.I even received gifts thank you to the seller
