This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is definitely a 5 star review, I got a 30 inch wig and it was definitely true to size! It Is very thick and long and the Lace is definitely swiss lace with some bleaching. I would definitely recommend to others.
