This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So I got it installed three days after I had gotten it & I’ve received a lot of compliments & questions about where I got it from. So far I’ve only had it installed for a few days now but there’s barely any shedding. Really soft to the touch as well. You truly won’t be disappointed. I’ll be ordering again.
