This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair fits description, came preplucked i didn’t have to do any extra plucking . The lace is thin so it melts on to your skin looks very natural. The hair doesn't shed or tangle. In total I'm really pleased with the hair quality. I received the hair exactly 6 days after ordering. Definitely recommend!
