This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I honestly don’t think this wig will need me to do any plucking, the density is so perfect. I have been struggling to find a good hair brand on web and this one takes the cake! I was in a rush and a budget and BABY!!! This hair came, saw & conquered. In celebration for my Bday I needed to get some good hair but couldn't afford my normal. But when I tell you this hair delivered on all levels, tears were shed. I can attest that MY wig is in phenomenal shape. I experience little to no shedding.
