Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I got the 26 inches lace wig and cut a bangs by myself, it came in about 8days，I must say, it is beautiful. It has no smell, it is super soft, it is shed free and so far tangle free. This is definitely a 5 star review, I got a 30 inch wig and it was definitely true to size! It Is very thick and long and the Lace is definitely swiss lace with some bleaching. I would definitely recommend to others.
