This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my first wig, i would say it did not let me down. I touched the hair, it is soft, and it looks very shiny, totally virgin human hair. It is easy to install, very friendly to new like me.
