This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It has as adjustable strap in the back for the wig to be extra secured and the hair is true to length even seems longer than 24 inch. I would definitely purchase this wig again, strongly recommend.
