This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The knots bleached well and a very small all the way through! No shedding upon install or when I shampooed it. No harsh smell. It came black which was a plus for me because I was gonna dye it jet black any way . Did I mention that it was extremely soft!
