Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I placed a request for the colour to be jet black and they did not disappoint. Great communication through the process up to shipping. It is a wonderful wig. Well made and exact as the description, excluding colour I requested. I am 5'9" in height so you can see the length on me.

I purchased it last summer when the Lagos hair line started trending , and let me say it’s AMAZING. Lace is so easily blendable, and the curls are very voluminous. I got the 250% density and it’s sooo big and fluffly. Ur gonna need a lot of water / curl cream to tame it but its worth the buy fr
