My only regret is that I didn’t order from them sooner! The hair is great quality for the price and so easy to work with. I honestly didn’t pluck or bleach the knots (I suck at plucking and don’t know how to bleach knots) just used lace tinting spray and it blends so well! So basically this wig is beginner friendly. The hair arrived earlier than expected, was packaged properly and had no odor (thankfully). My hairstylist was able to prep, install and style with ease. The hair does not shed, it has great volume and doesn’t lay flat on your head. It is equipped with hair clips in the inside for better security.
