This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

These bundles were a real value for the money. The hair is extremely soft and my beautician says that it was very good hair. I chose a sew in so that I could just wash the hair and flat iron it or go back to my beautician and allow her to do something fabulous to it. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I love the hair!! The texture is very close to my own. I've had my install in for 4 weeks now and I really like it. Only cons: It does have a smell that hasn't gone away since it came out of the package. It doesn't hold curls well, which isn't the end of the world...so, I don't mind it... and shedding. Its sheds alot!! Everytime I touch it sheds, but its beautiful hair. Since install, ive flat ironed it once, tried to curl it once. Ive use the wax stick twice on my closure. No other products have been applied to my hair.
