This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I think you should definitely purchase this hair!!! The quality is amazing, hair is soft with no smell. It was true to length with no shedding. My hair didn’t tangle and the wig was also not heavy at all. I washed and plucked a little more before styling but it definitely wasn’t needed ! The lace is everythingggggg, melted like a dream with only ebin spray!!
