absolutely NOTHING short from amazing, i've gotten a few strings of hair but it's only because it's curly hair , so no biggy. i ordered my hair Sunday (March 10, 2018) & received it Wednesday (March 14 2018) despite my personal mishaps . Costumer Service was definitely the best i've experienced in a while. I would recommend this hair to anyone who's look for some GREAT quality, affordable hair. i am SO anxious to install! thanks celie hair, you've have gained another costumer !

This is the far the best hair I ever purchased! I’m glad I purchased it’s very affordable and great quality! I had no shedding . I only use conditioner on it when washing. Of course shipping was fast with DHL! Customer service response was timely and appropriate. I purchased 4 of the Brazilian loose wave bundles, all 18 inches. The bundles are full, I used 3 and a little of the 4th bundle... I like my hair to be really full. The hair is soft and holds a curl. Curls beautifully with my flexi rods! The only Con is that this hair sheds. I typically understand some shedding. Id say it is still worth a try for the price though!
