This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very soft, no smell, true to length, haven’t experienced anymore shedding after wash and that was only because I let it tangle up in the water. I processed the color a bit, I plan to lighten it to brighter red. Straightens like a charm! I believe this will last long if taken care of well.

Of course shipping was fast with DHL! Customer service response was timely and appropriate. I purchased 4 of the Brazilian loose wave bundles, all 18 inches. The bundles are full, I used 3 and a little of the 4th bundle... I like my hair to be really full. The hair is soft and holds a curl. Curls beautifully with my flexi rods! The only Con is that this hair sheds. I typically understand some shedding. Id say it is still worth a try for the price though!
