This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair comes with a wig cap & lashes. When I opened the hair there was no apparent smell (still going to wash it first). I haven’t installed yet but the hair is soft & full and the lace is giving what it’s supposed to pics
