This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is soooo bomb y'all! The lace is really thin and the hair is so soft. Lol look at that blend. This is my 4th order from this vendor and I am very pleased with this unit. I haven't noticed any shedding or unusual tangling. It's full and bouncy! Super fast delivery, Hair is true to length. No weird smell. I was also happy about the lashes and wig cap that were included in my package! My sister and I plan on purchasing more hair with this company soon

I ordered this wig on the 3rd of Sep and got it by the 10th which was within a week! I accidentally ordered to a wrong adresse and immediately texted the seller and they were very understanding and helped me out very fast. I haven’t worn it installed this wig yet but it is exactly as it looks like in the pictures and is very soft. You have me as your customer for sure!
