This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair doesn’t have a smell it’s true to length I ask the seller to measure the hair for me they did they were very nice and patient with me they sent me a picture of the hair being measured before they sent out my package I had this hair in for five days now and no problems it doesn’t get tangled up I also have a 30 inch and a13x4 wig.I deafly will be buying again 10 stars
