This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Let me just say that this wig is GREAT!!! I purchased this wig on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday. Yes, it literally took only 4 days to receive my package.
