Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Quality Wig at a Great Price!!!!The quality of the hair is amazing. It is full, soft, silky and easy to install. I would definitely purchase this hair again and recommend it to my friends. My hairstylist loves it and the hair does not tangle neither sheds. Just use a leave in conditioner or a neutralizing conditioner, avoid mouse and you will be fine. I bleached the knots and there wasn't much plucking to do, it was an easy installation. The hair is true to length. I love it!

First off I’d like to say that the length was true (ordered a 28 inch received a 28inch) and the density was great it gave natural from the top to the ends. The shedding was minimal. It doesn’t take much to maintain the hair at all. Overall I give this wig a 10/10 !! I would buy this again!

I love how fast the wig came ,When the wig arrived I was skeptical but when I opened up the bag all doubt left my mind, hair was soft to the touch no smell or smelled like hair
Then it came with the extras wig band stocking cap you know
I really had to put baby to test though because the real test is once you wet the wig and baby still did not disappoint
Lace as advertised and was very easy to work with as I am a beginner
The wig has not tangled up on me or shedded which is important because I’m a lil lazy and hate to constantly brush my hair
This wig is a must buy !!!!

I got this wig recently for my birthday. I was a little nervous. It did not come with a smell and had little shedding. I did wash the wig only because that’s my preference. I feel it’s always necessary. Afterwards, I did minimum plucking, just added a little makeup and popped it on . It’s very adjustable and breathable. Curls were amazing. I definitely will be making another purchase.

As a beginner I don't feel the need to buy expensive "influencer wigs" this wig is perfect for newbies or experiences stylist. It was slightly plucked so I just plucked it until I got my desired look. No shedding! No smell! Lace was thin and easily to install. Also I did not bleach the knots will come back with a two week update.
