This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is by far the best hair I've ever purchased! I purchased 24in hair.The hair is full all the way to the ends. The hair came within 5days which was great. No fishy smell, very to little shedding. All you have to do is wet and go. This hair doesn't look dry or dull, it doesn't require a lot of oil. Im definitely ordering again! I found a great vendor.... Thanks wiggins!
