This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

My hairstylist loves it and the hair does not tangle neither sheds. Just use a leave in conditioner or a neutralizing conditioner. I bleached the knots and there wasn't much plucking to do, it was an easy installation. The hair is true to length. I love it!
