Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Color is even, size of cap easy to construct to fit my head, length of hair, density full and thick to the ends, cap comfortable, cut is perfect and hair quality is human and nice, no shedding... all good. This is the only wig I own that doesn't need glue or gel to keep it in place.
