Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I’ve got some natural black wigs but this time I want to try a different color so I bought this one. When I open the package, it does not have a weird smell. It’s soft, the colors are beautiful and pretty and it also does not shedding. It is really nice and also easy to wear.The lace is soft and comfortable. I just love it. This is some good hair. Hair is affordable and of great quality. This wig is soft, beautiful and true to length. It comes nicely packaged with a wig cap. Hair does not necessarily need customization as it comes with a natural lace color, pre-plucked with baby hairs ready for installation. I love the hair color and the lace blends with my skin perfect. I definitely will be purchasing some more.
