This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It’s actually human hair it took to heat very well, this is my first time using color hair and over all I like it. As long as you know how to do hair properly the hair is perfect, and I had it in for a couple of days without brushing it and it’s still soft. Definitely would recommend to friends.
