Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Well packaged, doesn't have smell and the color was everything for me, I love hair the color is wonderful , the hair is truly definitely 250% density, it's thick and the lace parting space is so longer. As a melanated woman I always have reservations about trying lighter colors but this wig looked so pretty I just had to give it a try. It is perfectly highlighted and the knots are perfectly bleached. It just looks absolutely gorgeous. I also love how full the density is. And it has a nice thickness all the way to the ends. I can definitely say I recommend this hair and this company. They definitely did not disappoint.
