Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

First off i was a little iffy about the wig because of the reviews and everybody was saying different things . But however when my wig arrived to my hair stylist and she customized it i instantly fell in love with it . I’m not sure if those who left a bad review had a bad hair stylist or maybe a bad batch because that’s possible but i didn’t have to go through that . I absolutely love my wig .
