This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I received my hair yesterday and immediately made a wig. I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with this hair! It is so soft and true to texture. This hair is even more amazing when its wet. I've found myself wetting it throughout the day because I love the way it looks. I need to figure out what I can put in it to maintain that texture without drying out the hair or using too much product.
