This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

So far the hair is amazinggg!! Light shedding but I believe that was my fault since I fell asleep without a bonnet haha but still minor shedding. The three bundles definitely give it a fuller look. Great communication and fast shipping! Will purchase again!
