1 How to comb the wig?When you need to comb a wig, be gently. For body wave,wide-tooth-comb are highly recommended. For loose deep wave and yaki straight, please only use hand to prevent tangle. For stubborn tangles, applying a spray conditioner can help loosen them.2 How to wash the wig?Put the wig into warm water, add shampoo into the water.
Gently press over hair for 10-15 minutes until it is clean.
Rinse shampoo thoroughly and put conditioner into water.
Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse conditioner thoroughly and use a towel to absorb the water.
Hold the cap by hand, shake it 5-6 times, run with fingers smooth gently.
Put the wig onto a wig stand and let it air dry.

Honestly this is one of the best hair company I have encountered with. I did have some fears in regards of the quality of the hair but it is just amazing barely any shedding and the hair is full and soft. Customer service was so good there was communication throughout the whole journey plus the wig came very quickly with small gifts which I think is very generous. I recommend 100%!!!
