This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It looks like it might be longer though which is absolutely fine! And the quality? I’m in love. The lace is soft and that deems for great quality hair as well. No split ends and it’s so flowy. No smell at all either. You’ll have to pluck a little more for a deeper hairline. so YOU NEED THIS WIG! Get it, don’t hesitate!
