This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

im still in love with this hair!!!its extremely soft and very silky,you may need to go in and do additional plucking but it was worth it.I dont even need to straighten it every morning, all i do is brush it and it is BONE straight. Will definitely recommend

Loveeeee this hair. It’s silky and soft, very true to length. The only downside is that it comes with a slight smell but that can easily be sorted with a wash. The lace is good quality, not a 100% match to most transparent lace but still very good. I’ll definitely buy from this seller again. The seller is very good and answers any questions you may have.
