This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

was pleasantly surprised by this unit. The price is pretty reasonable and the texture is bomb. The unit did come pre-plucked but I did a little customizing of my own. The lace is in my opinion one of the best things about the unit. I did have slight shedding but nothing to major.
