This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is the definition of beautiful. The highlights were beautifully done throughout the hair and the hair is true to length. The hair is soft and tangle free which is one of my biggest problem with hair. It shed a little but that’s what happens after combing through an after a month of wear and tear.
