Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is very nice no shedding no bad smell the hair itself is beautiful. But the color isn’t ginger brown it’s more of a copper red. Other than that the hair is amazing!

I purchased this for a wedding, the color is misleading in the description on the website which is unfortunate. Love it, just can't use it for this wedding
