This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Got sooo many compliments on this wig from the hair color and the style. Love the fact that you could just wear and go.. hair was very soft and easy to maintain. Bangs came long enough for you to cut and make to your own length. Curls also lasted long enough before I had to curl it again. 10/10

I purchased this for a wedding, the color is misleading in the description on the website which is unfortunate. Love it, just can't use it for this wedding
