This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

PROS: Looks exactly like the photo, the quality is amazing as usual, I was able to add caramel highlights, and was still soft. The lace is beautifully thin and I love the unit. You can wear it blow dryed, straight or wand curls. I will purchase again but……
CONS: once the curls have died I had a hard time getting them back and I had to use a lot of hairspray to get the curls to stay and that is not normal for body wave hair. She is also big head friendly in which I have a little head so yea lol
On another note, it took them way too long to ship it and I had a problem getting them to ship it out but once they did, it did come quickly.
At the end of the day this is the only company that I order hair from and I will continue to because there customer service is good and quality is amazing. For some odd reason it’s not letting me add a photo
