This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I’ve worn the hair 3 times since I’ve gotten it and it’s still in really good condition. There was no smell and the hair never lost its shine and the bounce.
