This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

If you are not a pro at bleaching knots or preplucked, I advise you to choose the fake scalp. It’s so soft, it’s amazing I have nothing to Add, I ordered a 12 inch and it’s true to size, it’s a 150% density.I highly recommend.
