This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this hair, there’s a slight wave to it after I washed it which lets me know the hair wasn’t over processed. I BARELY had to pluck this which saved a ton of time. I really don’t have any complaints. I can say this is what I want, the 200 density . this hair is thick though.

The baby hair are pretty much already plugged out so the wig customization is easy !
