This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

From the looks fresh out the pack it was beautiful, thick & seems like good quality. But the smell was so horrible! I washed it multiple times. Even left it in conditioner. The chemicals that were put on it were way too strong. Tried bleaching it as well n it didn’t take as good as I hope.
