Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I LOVE LOVE this deep wave hair. The hair is soft and the curls are amazing. I usually use my fingers through the hair, no hair shedding. I also washed the hair once, the curls pop up so beautifully and no shedding or tangling. It is also true to length, pretty thick as you can see. Washed it and it looks good and the hair quality is still great! Its not super thick but realistically thick and looking. I was not disappointed at all.
