This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I did some slight plucking mostly my part. Extremely soft hair! I order the 26’ 180 density. The only slight complaint I would have is it wasn’t as thick as expected & it’s probably because I got a longer length. I will most definitely be ordering from them again!
