Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It is very good quality, and the lace is invisible. The area is enough large. Easy to maintain. It was soft straight out of the pack. The kntos are slightly bleached and preplucked already with a natural hairline and some baby hair. It won't be shedding or tangling after washing. In shorter words, I am satisfied!
